Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.
Note: During high-demand seasons, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and promise it’s worth the wait.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer standard shipping across the U.S. via trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – available at an additional cost
Free shipping is automatically applied to orders over $75 (before taxes and discounts).
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please reach out to us at support@amekabeauty.com. We’ll work with the carrier to help locate your order and make things right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Ameka Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
